DEMATERIALIZATION OF SHARES

The amendment in Companies Act have directed that investor have to mandatorily open a Demat account and transfer their securities in demat form only.

To facilitate the dematerialization process, we have appointed Kfin Technologies Limited as the RTA of the company who will assist you in converting your physical share certificates into electronic form.

PROCEDURE FOR DEMATERIALISATION OF SHARES 

• Send Request Letter with correct details to the company through email and courier along with mentioned documents. (** For Format of Request Letter, Click Here.)
• After the verification, the company will send you the new share certificate issued for the purpose of dematerialisation.
• After receiving the new share certificate, please submit a Dematerialisation Request Form (“DRF”) and original share certificate(s) to the concerned Depository Participant (“DP”) for dematerialisation.
• The process of dematerialisation is completed within 21 days from the date of submission of a VALID dematerialisation request.
